At Cloud 99, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases, ensuring peace of mind with every order.

Returns

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. 

To initiate a return, please email us at cloud99kids@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Cloud 99 is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email cloud99kids@gmail.com for assistance. Exchanges are subject to availability.
